Pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has decided to close the Trading Window as per the Company's internal 'Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015 from 01st April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31.03.2020.
