SJVN Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 06th February, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December,2022 and interim dividend for the FY 2022-23, if any. Further, for the purpose of above and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating and Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, the intimation regarding the closure of trading window [i.e., from 1st January, 2023, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2022] for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been submitted to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till Wednesday, 08th February, 2023 (both days inclusive)
