| In furtherance to our letter dated 19 August 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A (Para A) of Schedule III and Regulation 34 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose the Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28 September 2021 at 2.30 P.M.
