| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 29, 2021 along with the Explanatory Statement which has been sent to the Members of the Company in electronic form only on account of the threat posed by COVID-19 and in terms of the MCA Circulars, passed from time to time, to those shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners as on November 19, 2021 i.e. cut-off date.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations and Section 110 of the Act read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and the relaxations and clarifications issued by MCA, the Resolutions appended in the attached Notice are proposed to be passed through electronic voting.<BR> <BR> The e-Voting period commences on November 24, 2021 at 10.00 A.M. and ends 5.00 P.M on December 23, 2021. <BR> <BR> We request you to take the above information on record. | |
