| Pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of the Listing Regulations, the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified from Regulations 17 to 27 and Clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V, shall not be applicable in respect of the Listed Entity having paid-up equity share capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crore and net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. As on the last day of previous Financial Year, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands at Rs. 6.85 Cr and Net worth stands at Rs. 32.88 Cr. Therefore, Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1 /27/2019 dated February 08, 2019 is not applicable. The Company is not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, as it does not meet the criteria of applicability. | |
