We refer to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and would like to inform you that in terms of provisions of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained approval from Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, Maharashtra for extension of time for holding 101st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, by a period of 3 (three) months i.e. upto 31st December, 2021, for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021. A copy of the ROC approval letter is attached for your reference.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, the Company shall hold 101st AGM of the Company on or before 31st December, 2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.<BR>
