Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR)Reg, 2015 and circulars issued thereto, we hereby inform that, the NRC and the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on 28th July, 2022 recommended to the shareholders of the Company for appointment of Mr. Narendra Kumar (DIN: 02307690) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years from the effective date of approval of all the exchanges where the Company is a trading/clearing members. In this regard, we hereby inform that the Company has obtained the approval of all the exchanges where the Company is a trading/clearing member on 16th September, 2022 ie. the effective date of appointment. However, the said appointment shall be subject to approval of the shareholders.
