In terms of Regulation 9 read with clause 4 of Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, for the period from 01st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results are made public for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. The date of Board meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
