This is with reference to Regulation 30 read with schedule III and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, we hereby intimate that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 31st January, 2023 has approved the un-audited financial results of the Company, both standalone as well as consolidated, accompanied with limited review report for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. Further, the approved un-audited financial results of the Company, both standalone as well as consolidated, along with limited review report is enclosed herewith. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be opened for all designated persons after 48 hours from declaration of financial results of the Company.
