we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 08, 2022, has, inter alia, approved the appointment of M/s. Kanu Doshi Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years i.e. from the conclusion of Forty First Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of Forty Sixth Annual General Meetings in place of retiring Auditors M/s. M L Bhuwania and Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
