Intimation of Resignation of Secretarial Auditor of the Company- Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we wish to inform you that M/s Kiri and Associates (CS Reshma Kiri), Practicing Company Secretaries having Membership No. A54902, has resigned as Secretarial Auditor of the Company vide resignation letter dated 4th November, 2022 and Intimated in writing to Company via Mail dated 07th November, 2022.
