This is to inform the exchange that In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2022.
