The captioned Issue opened for subscription on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 and closed on Thursday, May 11, 2023. In this regard, this to inform you that the basis of allotment advertisement dated May 24, 2023, in terms of regulation 92 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, has been published in the following newspapers on May 25, 2023: 1.
