In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Tuesday, 26th October, 2021, has approved the allotment of 10,62,872 (Ten lakh, sixty-two thousand, eight hundred seventy-two only) equity shares having face value of the Rs. 10/ - each fully paid-up to the eligible employees of the Company, upon exercise of the Options vested by them, under the Plan of the Company. The equity shares so allotted under the Plan shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in every respects including dividend entitlement.<BR> <BR> <BR>
