This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021, has inter alia considered and approved the following items as stated below:<BR> <BR> 1.Appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Garg as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. 01.04.2021.<BR> <BR> 2. Taken note of resignation of Mrs. Khushbu Singhal as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 31.03.2021.<BR> <BR> 3. Taken note of resignation of Mr. Mahesh Chand Mittal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31.03.2021. However, he will continue to act as Whole time Director of the company. <BR> <BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03.30 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record.
