| In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Sparc Electrex Limited was held today on 14th February, 2025 on Friday at the Registered office of the Company at 1202, 12th Floor, Esperanza Building, Next to Bank of Baroda, 198, Linking Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400050 at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at around 07:05 p.m. The Board considered and approved as follows. 1. The Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, as amended. 2. Appointment of M/s. Madhuri J. Bohra & Associates (COP No: 20329) Practicing Company Secretary for conducting Secretarial Audit in terms of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Audit under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended for F.Y. 2024-2025.
