In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14.02.2025 at 03.00 p.m. at its Registered Office of the Company approved the appointment of M/s Madhuri J. Bohra and Associates (COP: 20329, Mem: A54739) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2024-25 for conducting Audit under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Audit under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended.
