Sprayking Agro Equipment Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Registered Office of Plot No. 237/B, Shop No. 4, GIDC, Phase II, Dared Jamnagar, Gujarat, 361005, inter-alia to discuss and approve among other items, the Unaudited Financial Results for half year ended September 30, 2022. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
