Considered and approved the Notice, Directors Report, Management Discussion and Analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the FY 2021-22 and decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company on Friday 2nd September 2022, at 11.00 A.M. at the registered office of the company. 2. Fixed the Book Closure date from Saturday, 27th August, 2022 to Friday 2nd September 2022 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. 3. Karthik. P & Co, Practicing Chartered Accountant, (Registration No 228852) has been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the company subject to approval by members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company. 4. Mr. G. Shankar Prasad, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the financial year 2022-23.
