Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 55 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulation"), we would like to inform you that Brickwork Ratings (BWR), the Credit Rating Agency has reaffirmed the Ratings of the Company for Non-Convertible Debentures and withdrawn rating of long term bank facilities of the Company.
