Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, February 14, 2025, inter alia considered and approved the following matters:
1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter
and nine months ended December 31, 2024. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosingherewith the copy of the following:
a. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024;
b. Limited Review Report on the said Unaudited Financial Results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid results.
