| Dear Sir/Madam, We refer to the clarification sought on 14" December, 2021 on the significant movement in the price of our security across exchanges, in the recent past. We would like to inform you that our company has been complying with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and relevant price sensitive information has been disclosed to the Stock Exchange from time to time within the stipulated timelines. The Company has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price behaviour in our scrip. The movement in share price of the Company is purely market driven and the company has no comment to offer on the same.
