| This has reference to our letter dated 17th July, 2021 regarding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. In this connection, we would like to inform that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held at 11.30 AM on 9th August, 2021 through video conference. The Meeting was chaired by Mr R.K. Khanna, Chairman of the Company. The meeting was attended by 44 shareholders and the requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the meeting to order. The shareholders were informed that requisite registers and documents referred to in the Notice of AGM were made available for inspection. Thereafter, the business specified in the Notice of AGM dated 4th May, 2021 with reference to the following items have been transacted at the meeting. | |
