In terms of Regulations 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the soft copy of the Annual Report which comprises Directors Report, Audited Standalone Financial Statements, Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Auditor''s Reports thereon, for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 and the Notice convening the 127th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 6th August, 2024, at 3.00 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In Compliance with the MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars , the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 and Notice of the 127th AGM, have been sent through e-mail to all Members whose E-mail ids are registered with the RTA/DPs.
