Pursuant to the clarification received from NSE dated 02.04.2019 vide Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Ltd dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons of the Company & their immediate relatives with effect from 01.04.2020 till the end of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2020 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Stock Exchanges.<BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2020 will be informed in due course.<BR> Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
