This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Tomorrow i.e. Wednesday, March 31, 2021 till 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2021. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the insiders (including designated Persons) and their immediate relatives and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting either accidently or otherwise are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of trading window as stated above.<BR> <BR> Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take the note of the same in your records. <BR> <BR>
