Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Lavan Raheja, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, with effect from September 5, 2021. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO /CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure-A.<BR> <BR> We thank him for his contributions to the Company during his tenure and wish him success in his future endeavors.<BR> New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.<BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
