The Company had submitted an application with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana (RoC), seeking extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for FY 2020??21 due to the possibility of non-availability of CAG comments well in time.<BR> In this regard, it is hereby informed that the RoC has issued an order dated 03rd September, 2021, whereby the time to hold STC''s AGM for the financial year ended on 31.03.2021 has been extended for a period of three months, i.e. upto 31 st December, 2021.<BR> In view of the above-mentioned order issued by the RoC, it is submitted that the Company shall convene its AGM for the financial year 2020-21 within the extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated by the Company in due course of time.<BR> Please take note of the above information.
