Pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is informed that the 'trading window' for dealing in securities of The State Trading Corporation of India Limited shall remain closed from October 1, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2022 are made public. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
