Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> This is with reference to our intimation dated December, 26 2020 regarding Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of Steel Exchange India Limited (the 'Company') scheduled to be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 11.30 A.M. through VC/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM') facility being provided by NSDL. <BR> <BR> In this regard, we would further like to update the exchange that the Company has issued and circulated Corrigendum to the said Notice of EGM on January 13, 2021 to the Members informing certain amendments/modifications as mentioned in the said Corrigendum to the Notice of EGM attached herewith and is also available on the website of the Company at www.seil.co.in.<BR>
