| In Compliance with the provisions of the Regulation 30 read with Schedule A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the application by the Company for listing of its Equity Share Capital of Rs. 101,200,000/- divided into 20,240,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each (which is already listed on BSE LIMITED) on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) main listing board, NSE has granted the<BR> listing and trading approval vide its letter No. NSE/LIST/41 dated November 18, 2021.
