| STEELCAST LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, notice is hereby given that the 275th meeting of the Board of Directors of STEELCAST LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, by Video Conferencing mode to consider and approve inter alia the Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. As per the Company''s Code of Fair Disclosures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons till January 29, 2022.
