Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. 2. Recommendation of Final Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2021-22, if any. 3. Appointment of additional director. 4. Matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5. Other matters with permission of chair, if any.
