Further, the voting results of the businesses transacted at the AGM as per the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, along with the consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer dated, August 21, 2025, on the remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, are enclosed.
