In continuation to our disclosure dated September 03, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform that the South African Revenue Service (SARS) on September 19, 2025 has issued withdrawal of notice of part demand, out of earlier total tax demand amount of South African Rand 80.47 Mn (equivalent to approx. INR 40.24 Crore). The revised tax demand is approx. South African Rand 18.90 million (equivalent to approx. INR 9.59 Crore
