| STERLING TOOLS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulation 29(1) (a), this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020, agenda for which includes considering and if thought fit to approve the Standalone / Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year Ended 30th September, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> Further, as intimated vide letter dated 1st October, 2020, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company code for 'Prohibition of Insider Trading', was closed from 1st October, 2020 and shall remain closed upto 12th November, 2020 (both days inclusive) and will be opened on the third calendar day from the date of Board Meeting. <BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take on record our above said information for your reference. | |
