This is to inform that the Authorization and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2022 has allotted equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010. We hereby confirm that the aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects. Post allotment the Share Capital of the Company is as under: Existing Share Capital (no.) 397,756,785 Allotment for ESOP (no.) 72,171 Post Allotment share capital (no.) 397,828,956 Please take this on record and acknowledge.
