Stove Kraft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its ''designated persons'' regarding the closure of the trading window from September 28, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. November 04, 2021.
