Kindly note that the board of directors at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 22nd Oct, 2021, inter-alia , has taken the following decisions: -&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Un-audited Financial Results&lt;BR&gt; 1. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th, September,2021, were approved and taken on record by the directors.
