| Stylam Industries Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) &(e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the Exchange that Board Meeting of Stylam Industries Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th May,2022, to inter-alia, consider Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and notification no. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/Ol/ 2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the Company has already closed its Trading Window from the end of Fourth quarter i.e 31st March.2022 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th May, 2022. The intimation for closure of Trading Window was given to the Stock Exchange on 25th March,,2022. You are requested to take note of the above mentioned information. | |
