Stylam Industries Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Notification No. NSE/CML/2019/11 issued by NSE and LIST/COMP/01/ 2019-20 issued by BSE on 2nd April, 2019, Trading Window for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company has been closed with effect from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th October, 2020<BR> <BR> The intimation for closure of Trading Window was given to the Stock Exchange on 30th September, 2020.<BR>
