With reference to above mentioned subject and in continuation to our letter dated 29.09.2021, we hereby inform you that the Company have invested Rs. 1,16,00,000 in 11,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of Suditi Sports Apparel Limited @ of issue price of Rs. 10 each pursuant to Right offer letter. <BR> <BR> Further, Suditi Sports Apparel Limited on October 04, 2021 has allotted 11,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each shares to the Company.<BR> <BR> Further, the post allotment shares by Suditi Sports Apparel Limited the shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary company (Suditi Sports Apparel Limited) reduce by 20% i.e. from 80% to 60%.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
