| SUGAL & DAMANI SHARE BROKERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM. through video conferencing, inter-alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the new Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct of regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed for the Company's Directors / Designated Employees/ Officers covered under the code shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 to November 14, 2021 (both days inclusive) i.e., till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results to the Public.<BR> | |
