In pursuance to the company''s Code of Internal procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with amendments thereto, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Directors, officers and designated persons shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive). The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement /declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2021 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2021 will be informed in due course.
