We would like to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Employees/ Auditor etc. of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 01/01/2021 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2020 will be intimated separately.
