The shareholders of the Company at the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2021, have inter-alia, approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1. appointment of Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 109982W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 101720W/W100355) on August 13, 2021 and they shall hold office upto the ensuing Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR> <BR> 2. appointment of Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 109982W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR>
