Pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have, by way of circular resolution passed on June 24, 2022, appointed Mr. Manish Jain (DIN: 05307900) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 30, 2022.
