Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that CS Aakash Parekh [Membership No. A59966], Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. he shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. December 17, 2022. Consequent to his resignation, CS Aakash Parekh also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board has accepted his resignation and has relieved him from the responsibilities w.e.f. December 17, 2022
