| Suncare Traders Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 01.30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company at 7, Shree Shakti Estate, Behind Milan Complex, Sarkhej- Sanand Cross Road, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad - 382 210 to transact the following businesses:<BR> 1. To consider, approve & take on record the Demerger of Investment Division ('Demerged Undertaking') of our Company i.e. Suncare Traders Limited ('Demerged company' or 'STL') and vesting thereof in Madhav Infra Projects Limited ('Resulting Company' or 'MIPL').<BR> 2.
