Submission of withdrawal application for reclassification of promoters with respect to T.V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Private Ltd, Mr.Suresh Krishna Family and Mr.K.Ramesh Family since the equity shares of the company are not listed in BSE Ltd and the same are being traded in BSE under the permitted route for trading.Hence, the company understand that it is not required to make/file any application for reclassification with BSE Ltd. Therefore,the company filed the withdrawal application for Re-classification
